All of that is totally UMK3 material. It's still not completely confirmed, but even TMK is curious about it.

That might be our adventure game that holds us off for the sequel to MK:A, but I'd rather get that actual sequel game first.

I actually think it should be very loosely based on the first MK:SM though since a huge amount of things in it did not match up with the real MK2 story and made a lot of things in future games not possible.

Ya. Can you imagine a GTA type of adventure game with MK and not just a few small areas to go across? Other than some minor places like the Soul Chamber, there's still the long tower of Kahn and most of the MK3 arenas were in the streets.

Well I think it was always in a sort of mixed state with both the entire merging process so you wouldn't see that much of a difference the entire game.

Yeah, I guess so.

Death traps would be cool in the game. Maybe it could be mixed up a little.

What if Liu Kang uses a power attack and if make the (let's just say) tarkatan slam his head onto some car. A button shows up above his head and once you press it, it shows Liu getting the tarkatan and smashing his head all over the vehicle.

It could be a good or bad idea.

It would be a little unnecessary. If it played a little like the first MK:SM then they probably would never end up in that position. But the fact of destroying cars and causing explosions works.
