	I think the highest percentage I've gotten is 115%. Again, I'm not sure. So I can't say for certain. 	For some reason I can't top 133%. I know that I could get 134% by doing the last smoke mission but I am trying to raise it by adding hacks. It raised my 121% to like 127% and then 133% so I know that hacks influence it somehow.
