Had a near heart attack the other night. I let my 3 neighbor kids come over last night because they wanted to play MKA. They love the kart racing and I turn the blood to low (which is nearly invisible in some cases) and the deathtraps on. They love it but they are only like 6-9 years old. Even for fighting I turn off the blood and stage traps.

Anyway, at one point I heard some yelling and the oldest came down. When I entered the room my ps2 and gamecube were on the floor nearly upside down. I thought they had broke them. I had warned them early in the month abut my rules and about treating other people's things nicer than your own. I kept my cool but asked them to leave. I think I probably should not let them use the stuff again. It might have been an accident but it is things like that which make me stop and think. Anyway, I did not try the ps2 last night at all so no new updates. BTW, MK vs DC is looking better happy Later.

How did they manage flipping your PS2 and Gamecube upside down by accident? Holy frick.

My newphew once threw my PS3 controller on the screen (breaking it, of course) because he was so frustrated over MKSM. (He's 7 years old.)

I think that the oldest told the others it was time to leave and they must have been pulling away as she was in their faces. Maybe that made the cords tight and then one of them tripped on a cord on the way out. The ps2 and Gamecube are next to each other and I try and keep the cords out of the way but it is hard. It's cute kind of though because the youngest "steers" the controller around during the race like he's driving a bus or something.

All in all I think that they can don't need to play my video games anymore for a while. I want them to understand that it could have cost a lot of money to replace and that they should be more careful. Harsh?

Not at all! I have a friend who has three kids who I let play my Xbox whenever I go over to visit. I admit that I would never let their playing be out of my sight, so my friend and I talk in her living room where I set everything up. If they ever did anything like that to my machine, that would be the end of playing for that day and for the foreseeable future. They would have to find some way to prove to me that it would never happen again. For the record, they are 11, 10, and 9 and they have all just recently gotten into every aspect of Mortal Kombat; it started with Motor Kombat, and now they all like doing the fighting. I find it humourous! grin

Sorry, but I'm still against MK vs. DC! I want answers to what happened after MKA instead.
I'd rather give birth to a chair than want Tiberius to leave. Farewell!

That's why the wireless controllers in the PS3 are a blessing. tongue

It's not harsh at all. They do indeed need to know that what they did was wrong and could have had major ramifications. I didn't let my nephew even near the PS3 for a month after he did what he did. Luckily, he's calmer now than he was before. He's learned his mistake.

We'll I figure at some point I will let up but for now they can do without MK and my ps2. Those kids need to get outdoors anyway happy

I did some more hacks last night. Bloody Skeleton, Null Wind Boss, and Schlange (swamp snake).

Bloody skeleton:
He is basically a white skeleton with the same moves and animations as putrid zombie. Normally he is encountered in the nether realm and deadpool areas. The only difference between him and the zombie is his suicide move. The putrid corpse would also explode into bits and that the was the end. The skeleton does the same thing but his body does not break. The blood explosion actually acts as a pop up for nearby enemies. The only downside is that you can be hit during the animation time for this attack.

Null Wind Boss:
This was actually one of the first hacks I had tried last year. She seems to have the most detail out of them all. I took some pictures and once I figure out how to load them here I will.

She is a gigantic, blue skinned, 6 arm egyption/hindu goddess in queen's apparel. She looks like an mythological goddess or something. She has jewels, bracelets, and a crown. She cannot move though. It is like her axis is stuck to the arena center. She can attempt jumps but they don't move her. Also, if you don't press anything on the controller she will do this glitchy morphing animation where parts of her body are turning here and there while her body spins on a vertical axis. It is hard to explain but during this her 6 arms are twitching here and there and it looks weird.

She has no moves but if you hold a direction she will be still and not glitchy. During this time her arms will move here and there and create a purple ball (which does not affect anyone). Each hand is grasping at the air as if to pull in more energy for that ball. Then she blasts it away and all 6 arms spread out in a pretty cool looking posture. She has spots on her skin and her head does not appear most of the time. When it does it has the hair height of the area. She definitely has a lot of detail to her and I am wondering if at some point she was a NPC guardian or maybe portal opener.

Lastly I tried the final snake code and I was happy to see the acid snake return. This snake is found in the living forest with 3 of its friends. They form a mini puzzle where you must send a zombie to each of them. Once fed they sink under the water and never return. These snakes are also in the water areas of the forest. Like if you fall in a snake will spring up and snap at you.

They have unique properties. They can move through anything and that usually crashes the game. I could not grasp ledges with one though. They have two animation attacks. A full mouth-to-ground bite and a longer and faster mouth snap. Unfortunately no "eat" attack. I tried them against tarkatas, brothers of shadow, mask guards, and zombies. I also battled shang tsung at the end of the game with this snake. For some reason shang would always block and never attack me unless I attempted a jump. During the match Shang will morph into Cage, Reptile, and Sub-Zero. He blocks everything I do in every form other than Reptile. For some reason he won't block as Reptile...strange. That was how I beat him.

At this point I only have 3 more hacks to try. There is actually a 4th but it says it will crash and I believe it.

1. Spear Guard
2. Bow Guard
3. Snake Horseman (no moves)

I have also updated my MKII remix video. I fixed the following fatalities:
1. Cage Torso Rip
2. Scorpion (both)
3. Kitana Fan Decap
4. Reptile head eat
5. Mileena (both)
6. Raiden (both)
7. Shang possession
8. Liu kang (both)
9. Sub-Zero Ice grenade

I am planning on putting the update on filefront if it is worth it. I think the rough version I put on youtube is okay but I like the revision much better. Let me know what you guys think. Later.
