Am I screwed?
Got the axe in the Foundry and while playing around with it (not knowing what needed to be done with it) it destroyed itself on a few Oni. After figuring out what I needed to do I went back to see if I could make another. And the guys aren't spawning and the whole series of events leading up to the axe aren't responding.
Am I screwed?
BTW: I saved after getting the axe.

It should respawn in the exact spot that you first found it. If it's not there, try exiting the Foundry and then re-enter and grab it.
