Yes, it's a very good game with a spectacular fighting engine (How many times can you say that about a beat-em up?) though it's short, and you need to play Ko-Op to get the majority of the stuff.
PS: If you really wanna enjoy this game, get an Action Replay.

I'd say it's worth the buy but it's missing a lot of things that could make it so much better.

when you see it in the game shop look at it for a while and then take your clothes off and cover yourself in peanut butter and jelly
then run around the shop with the game stuck to your <_< and keep rubbing it there and say WHO WANTS THE GAME NOW 
then rub it against your bum and say youve pooped all over it making it yours then run away into the sunset
