go to the kontent in main menu..look but..if u got the PAL version of the game(europian version)..forget about MK2..if i dont have the PAL version..try to use this cheat :
At the main menu, hold L2 and press Square, Up, Down, Right, Left, R2, Square to unlock the classic Mortal Kombat 2 arcade game in the Kontent menu. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Alternately, successfully complete all five Smoke missions. Note: This feature is not available in the European version of the game.

I think he wanted to know how to get to it. Go to the main menu, and go to Kontent. There is a text that reads "Mortal Kombat II" go to it and wha la.

I have won MK2 just once with Liu Kang after an hour of hard fights. Baraka, the mirror match against Liu Kang and Shang Tsung were the hardest to beat, because Kintaro and Shao Kahn aren´t that difficult if you shoot at them low proyectles.
