Have you guys seen the Xplay preview of Shaolin Monks. Here is a clip from their web site
We recently played a short demo of Shaolin Monks. An early portion of the game is playable as both Liu Kang and Kung Lao. The character selection screen shows shadows for two other selectable characters, which appear to be unlockable. The outlines lead us to believe that they’re ninjas, with one of them likely to be Sub-Zero.

I just saw that today only at the end it showed no KO-OP mode *sigh*

Saw it and found it pretty funny. They made the game seem kinda whack. I was actually surprised to see how good the game looked though. Im actually now thinking about picking it up. Ill wait though and see how long the game turns out to be.

pretty much around August or early September maybe there will be commercial about the game showing how it's going to be etc..

It has KO-OP in the option screen. they didn't show KO-OP Mode. Here is an image of the option screen.

The full game will have a KO-OP game. But I don't think the demo will.
