Yes. You do start with all the fighters. The only things to unlock are their alternative outfits.

Yep. Godofwrath2098 is right in that there were 6 additional in MK Unchained. But Jax, Frost, Kitana, and Blaze were the exclusive characters.
Despite the fact that the back says that all 6 are exclusive.

Why are you so mad about a simple thing like that though,get over it and move on this topic is getting pathetic however,the thing is there are the characters,we all really don't care about the characters already there,at least you won't get frustrated FINDING the characters.
