I just don't think MK/DC will work. Too many factors going against it.

I think so too, mainly because a fair portion of the fanbase is turned off from the get go.

i dont know how they are gonna make a story from mk and combine it with dcu
its like... Once upon a time batman was walking in an ally way and met sub zero, they became friends and later turned on each other...well that is the stroy of how dcu met mk and now they are trying to kill eachother....well go on to arcade mode and kick batmans ass.

Thats why good story telling could work. If I was a writer for them, and if the story followed the events of MKA I could think of something.
