Easiest way to beat Onaga
|
I do not know if this will work for everyone, but this is the easiest way for me to beat Onaga.
Sindel's second fighting style has a 5 hit combo (X,X,X,A,A) Yes I have X-box.
I have found that if you constantly push the controller up and sidestep all of Onaga's attacks and continue this combo with reckless abandon, Onaga is pretty easy to beat. In fact in the first battle I got a Flawless Victory and almost pooped myself.
This may help some but not others, just thought I'd share.

Yes, I have to say that I have had no problem beating Onaga while as Sindel. That combo you mentioned is most useful.
I have beaten him with all characters, some were easy, some weren't. Like Baraka is a force to be reckoned with once his blades are drawn. Whereas when using someone crap like Shujinko,I had my ass kicked tons of times before i finally beat they uy with this useless B*****D!

I know many ways of easily depleting Onaga's health... in all modes except Max! Since I always play in Max difficulty and if this Sindel combo works in Max dif, then I'll of course give it a try!

Or (if your good with main character combos,take Baraka for example) use the same strategy of destroying the Kamidogu (if it's 2 out of three,use the maximum of destroying 3 kamidogu each match),and then use a kung fu-to-weapon combo,it works perfectly especially with Scorpions and Sub-Zeros Combos.

Here's what I do when I fight him in Deception make sure you have your best character or at least someone you are real good with then as you keep giving him combos and by one get the Kamidogus make sure you have some left for the next round.

I would playing the game alot and he is one tough opponent but I rather fight an endurance match from Mortal Kombat: Trilogy than fight this version of Onaga again.
