i can't say for sure.
the only ones that beat goro in 1 on 1 battle are human liu and taven(neither one is in the list)
i can't say anything for sure about the rest.
but these are simply oppinions...
asrah vs. goro
battle ends with ashrah 0%,goro 100%(flawles victory)
baraka vs. goro
battle ends with baraka 0%,goro 90%(baraka would barly scratch him)
sub-zero vs. goro
battle ends with sub-zero 0%,goro 20%(sub-zero's ice powers don't work on bosses)
2nd battle ends with younger noob-saibot 85%,goro 0%(sub-zero's death would have made another noob-saibot)
scorpion vs. goro
battle ends with scorpion 0%,goro 30%
2nd battle ends with scrpion 80%,goro 0%(scorpion returns from death)
chameleon vs. goro
battle ends with chameleon 0%,goro 80%(he may have all ninja's special moves,but most of them don't work on goro)
rain vs. goro
battle ends with rain 0%,goro 65%(rain's lightning move might realy hurt goro,but when goro grabs him,he's done for)

battle ends with onaga 50%,goro 0%(just a guess)
