Ok, so I wanted this game for the Cube on my birthday in August. I didn't find it, so I bought THUG1. Now yesterday I found IT!!!! I'm thinking it's a great idea buying it what do you all think? Is it as awesome as it looks!?

Yes it is as good as it looks, better even.
Plus you have the better version, because in the Cube's version of MK Deception they included two more characters, Shao Kahn and Goro. Both are suppose to be great characters, with great finishers.

Good find CPTflconX. And not only do you get Shao Kahn and Goro, but 6 characters, Jade, Havik, Li Mei, Noob-Smoke, Hotaru, and Kira are already automatically playable.

No. You will have to either figure them out yourself, or find them on gaming sites like ign.com

There are 6 hidden hidden characters. Kenshi, Sindel, Raiden, Tanya, Shujinko, and Liu Kang.
