Yeah I own MKD for the gamecube and have unlock everyone but this one...
The screenshot is from the xbox version but its the same guy i'm looking for.. Could someone please let me know who it is and where do I find or unlock him.

That is Sindel. Tanya is the one below Havik.
Ummm...can't remember how to unlock her sorry. She might be in the Krypt somewhere, look fot the koffins worth over 1000 whatever coloured coins, it'll be one of them if she's in there. It is defiantly Sindel however.

I think it's Sindel.
You get her at a certain time in the Netherealm.

I thought you get her alternative outfit at a certain time in Netherealm, at that ruined temple place, where you fight Quan Chi as Scorpion, I thought that was the alternative costume...I dunno, I wasn't sure where to find her anyway, all I know is, that is Sindel.

No Sindel as a charecters is.

THE KRYPT
UNLOCK SINDEL: Koffin SJ
-- The Krypt Key required for this Koffin is located in the Netherrealm at grid
D-1; however, it will only appear between 9 PM and 4 AM game time. To reach
it, go to C-6 from the Nexus Portal to exit the building, then go across the
bridge to D-6 and north from there. Cross the bridge at D-3 and continue
going north into the Colosseum-shaped area. Once 9 PM rolls around, the
chest will materialize next to Quan Chi. Open it and the key unlocking
Sindel's Koffin is yours.
