I don't hate Hotaru, I'm not that fussed on him either, at times he can be quite useful, he only has two specials but they are quite good. If I use him, I always start the fight with that fire ball thingy, the one that sends your opponent towards you, I do a good combo from that Pi Chai (or whatever it's called) style, then do his bicycle kick thing.
But of all the new characters in Deception, Hotaru's nemesis is the greatest, "COUGH!HAVIKCOUGH!"
He at least looks the coolest anyway.

Hey guys! We're gonna raid the IGN boards. We need someone to tank the mods. They can summon level 70 noobs. But we can burst them down using high level flames. Make sure you concentrate on the mods a lot though. Because every 3 minutes they cast Administration. Which can cause instant banning. If they use it. Stop what you are doing! We'll divide the loot. But I get the [Belt of Trolls].
