A 'Congratulation' screen with all of the puzzle characters shows up. There's some music in the background with people singing 'do do do do' and stuff.
It's pretty funny, actually, but you don't unlock anything.

There's 5 characters at the beginning, with 5 to unlock. With an AR you can unlock most of the MKDA characters, as well as characters in MKd like Havik, Lui Kang and Onaga.

You can only get the chars from the "Krypt" if you MANAGE to find a char thats not on the puzzle screen then your seriously a hacker and a no life. 
And you get a nice background with a "Congratz" on it with all the puzzle fighters and a sing song blah blah blah but its mainly for koins
