I don't know. Maybe I thought it would have been self-explanatory. I kinda feel like an idiot myself not noticing that mistake in the first place. However, I knew there was another shokan I was missing. His name is Duroc, the brother of shokan prince Goro.

The game makers needed to make him fit the two leg system so they had to make him have two legs or he wouldn't have appeared in the game at all. They said so in Motaro's Bio Card. You can look it up on Youtube. Would you prefer a Motaro with two legs or not to be playable at all? But they could have made him have the stature of Goro or Kintaro rather than being able to be picked up by normal people. Midway hates to reschedule things so rushed him in this one. I do believe, however, that in future games (if he lives through Armageddon) will be a playable, four legged character. This is probably because either Kintaro, Goro, or Sheeva made the spell and their deaths cause the spell to break. It's just speculation.
