His name is actually Motaro. And you can find him in Earthrealm next to one of the houses near the forest. (I guess)

Kintaro appears in the Earthrealm forest where you start out at when you leave the village at the beggining of the game. Theres a chest in the forest that when you open and run to the right,Kintaro will appear with two arms,not four,and then run away and disappear.

first of all motaru is in earthrealm next to a house,when u walk to him he dissapears and gives u 3000 red koins,and ive never seen kintaro in any forest

Just search for it on google. Motaro's only there like, once a week for two hours outside a house just at the start of Earth Realm.
Kintaro, I'm not sure, I've never found him myself, but that's simply due to laziness. I'm sure he's there. You could check google also for exact coordinants.
