ok let me see i went to the village in outworl earlier in the game then she tells me that she wants the main guys head and if i do that she will pull back her troops well i finished conquest and she is on the side of the walls and she still asks for this guys head well, hotaru took over the town and sent me to jail, and the other guy is no where to be found, what do i do? so i can finish her mission

Its not technically a glitch. It happens because the mission is cancelled and Mileena thinks you are working for her. (Or is it a glitch? I don't exactly remember if Mileena learned about what Shujinko dome or not)
