ok i went to look for reiko in mei lei village cause someone told me he was there, well i dont see him and i found her, and she is askin me to find hotaru, well i went to orderealm and he was at the academy i think, and he didnt reply back w. anything, so where is the one i need to talk to?

i went there he is nowhere to be found, is he in one of the buildings or is he back in orderealm, cause thats where i trained w/ him and thats the only place he doesnt want to square up q/ me, im so lost

just follow the green arrow on the top right hand corner when you're in outworld. hotaru will be highlighted in green and will be moving around.
