A special edition of MKD for PS2 and XBOX:
- includes Shao Kahn, Goro, Kitana (in blue version of Mileena's outfit), Frost, Blaze and Jax (all 4 should have new costumes, fighting styles, specials, fatalities and harakiris)
- Endurance Mode
- Tag team mode
- More characters in Puzzle Kombat
- More arenas (new ones, not from MKA or MKDA)
- "Similiar arcade ladders" glitch fixed
- More koffins in the Krypt
- This game will be named "Ultimate Deception"
- On the cover there will be Kitana in blue version of Mileena's costume

I'm sorry But I don't think it will come out. I even PMd Cinder the link to this topic and he also said that it was a good idea, but not likely to happen

I HAVE FIXED THE REPETITIVE ARCADE LADDER ISSUE. I don't think its really a glitch though. It picks the ladder based on who and what arenas you've unlocked. In fact, it can interchange characters within the ladder if you've unlocked one that is set for a certain map. Its much more complicated then the set ladder crap in Armaggedon, but yes once you've unlocked everything it repeatedly gives you the same set up. In fact, some maps and characters you will never get to play again.
Here's how to fix it - cuz I've done it:
Delete your main file or move it to a memory card so you can take it out. The key is that everything you've unlocked needs to be re-locked again. Make a new file. Immediately you will get to fight in arenas that you had forgotten exhisted like the Lower Mines and Chamber of Artifacts. Two of the most awesome maps ever!
I then unlocked maps and characters CAREFULLY and specifically.. trying to remember which ones were repeatedly coming up, and avoid unlocking them.
As of now I've unlocked many characters and arenas and still managed to avoid repetitive ladders.. however.. some things are still locked and shall remain that way just incase.
I did NOT unlock:
Liu Kang
Sindel
Kenshi
Raiden
All 4 of those characters were coming up in EVERY ladder on my original file. I was so sick of them. I also havent unlocked Li Mei yet, but she is probably safe.
Certain maps can also be replaced by others on the ladder. For instance I noticed immediately that Courtyard frequently replaces the first map on the ladder. But I freakin love this map so I had to unlock it after a while.
Arenas I did NOT unlock:
Nexus (No one in their right mind should miss this crap arena)
Kuatan Palace (Also in MKDA, with better music, you wont miss it here)
Portal (I dunno if this one is safe or not.. perhaps I will unlock it soon.)
I'd say Quan Chi's Fortress is risky. I recently unlocked it and it comes up almost every time, and I think it has been replacing Lower Mines. >_<!! I believe Lower Mines still comes up.. but not that often. So far I think all other maps or all maps and characters I've unlocked so far have been safe, because the ladders have been keeping pretty fresh.
Sucks if you like one of the 4 characters I think mess everything up. I really want to unlock Sindel, but she was ALWAYS coming up first, in the same map, every time. Raiden, Kenshi, and Lui Kang were always in the same spots as well, in the same position on the ladder. At any rate, I still have my old file with everything unlocked on a memory card, so I can just pop it in if necessary.
