Huh i heard that ppl on MKO can move before the fight start so they push you to death traps is it a cheat or no? and how to do it lol

To move before the round starts, hold whatever direction you want to move, and press start to bring up the pause menu.
No, its not cheating. The game allows it. Adapt to it, or continue to lose. Or, demand a better fighter from Midway that doesn't have retarded glitches like these.

i use it to backup away from people either if someone tries to use it on me in 1st round I go around them or if the 2nd round is gunna start and we're too close I back up a little bit
