He asked about how to unlock him, I think. If you have xbox version, you wont unlockhim, if you have PS2 you need gameshark program.

The only way people have unlocked Onaga (The Dragon King) is through Gamesharks and hacks. People have claimed to literally unlock Quan Chi, Shang Tsung, and a bunch of others you fight during small side missions in Konquest mode, but most of the time the game locks up because they're only meant for use in Konquest mode.

he's obviously talking that he can't find Onaga in konquest mode after he goes to Outworld well you can't find him
