Look at the post above yours that shows you the previous argument where some people though they might be one and the same.

You see Kabal as he was before Kahns extermination squads got him, and as you can see from there he is nothing like Kano. For one thing Kabal is good here, Kano was evil from MK1. Kabal has hair and side burns, Kano is bald, now unless Kano wears a wig in MKSM, or Kabal goes and gets a razor and shaves of his hair and gets to Kahns Fortress, they are clearly two different people. And how about their nationality? That to is completely different, Kano has a very strong British/Australian accent, where as Kabal has a very strong American/Elvis accent, and he does sound allot like The King, he even says those famous Elvis words, "Ah Thank You Very Much!" Now onto MK3. Remember that game? It was the third game in the series, and was the third MK Tournament, and who are the 2, in question, fighters that participates in this third tournament? Yep, that's right, Kabal and Kano, Kabal is still sorta good and in Earthrealm, Kano is helping Shao Kahn making him still evil and putting him in Outworld. And remember, this is when MK was a proper tournament, not like it is now, all over the shop. So I would consider this to be more accurate than say Armageddon. So you see, Kabal and Kano are two different guys, amigo.
