Arenas Unlocked But Never Appear
|
I don't understand this and so hopefully one of you experts can explain.
Why is it that all the arena's are unlocked but certain places you don't fight in, during the Kombat Mode?
Like Scorpion's Lair or Arctika, I never get battles in those arena's, are they just for Practice fighting?

Midway only put a portion of the primary levels in for a certain character. The ones you unlock are only playable in versus and practice. (sucks don't it?) I wish it were like older games where every time you went back to fight them again it was a different arena.

Are those special arenas even available for online play?
I mean give me a break. I never practice I just learn on the fly. The game isn't that difficult since its fighting engine is very similar to DA and D.
The only people that play this game that I know are out of state.

I wouldn't know if they are. I don't play online MK. I've wanted to though.

actually it's impossible to fight in those arenas on "Arcade" on PS2 and xbox versions because there was a problem with the randomize of the arenas and those weren't included in the randomize! Don't know about wii! They might have corrected the problem!

It really sucks that the arenas you unlock weren't avaliable in Arcade Mode. This was one of the many reasons why I hated the game as I had this problem too.
But at least I have an understanding as to why this might be the case thank to Major_kenny's post above.
