So the choice of the character depends of many factors, firs of all the characters itself: his story (no bios, huh?), his costumes, his moves...
Considering their story, Reiko is the first general of Shao Kahn, and Ermac an entity of souls created by Shao Kahn himself. So I don't know who is REALLY stronger (considering the story, not the gameplay).
Anyway, I personally prefear Reiko, even if also Ermac rocks
not really in street fighter vs. marvel and some other games... the winner is based on the cpu ai being playout before the match and one will win and one will lose. this game isn't perfectly balance any way since one could spam one move over and over again so i don't see why midway left that out. also do any one think these vs. threads are getting old.

Reiko is a good fighter but Ermac is a great fighter. So definitly Ermac.

Thank god someone said it. I think Reiko. After all, he was promoted by Shao Kahn himself to the rank of General of Outworld's armies because of his ruthlessness in battle. Obviously, if he is good enough to be Shao Kahn's general, he would whoop Ermac.
Perhaps Kung Lao, Jax, Sonya Blade, Johnny Cage and Kitana were only whooped by Ermac because they could not think for themselves, hence, not fight under their own will, because they were under the control of Onaga.
