	Okay, here are mine. Some are obvious, some may not be so obvious and some you'll probably just laugh and call me insane. 1. Raiden-Lightning from Big Trouble In Little China. He seems to be an almost carbon copy in appearence in the earlier games. 2. Liu Kang-Obviously the Bruce Lee martial arts hero archtype, although his recent appearence is more akin to a George Romero movie. Kang's appearence in the first MK was very Bruce Lee inspired. 3. Johnny Cage-Obviously modled after Jean Claude Van Damme from the Bloodsport movies in his first in game appearence. 4. Kung Lao-His hat throwing attack is very similar to Odd Job's same ability in the James Bond films. 5. Motaro-With his modern, bi-pedal appearence he quite resembles Darkness from the film Legend. Minus the crimson hue of course. 6. Cha/Khameleon/MoKap/Meat-All of these characters remind me of any action movies slightly annoying, less than developed sidekick character who seem to be there just for the sake of being there, is entertaining very briefly at best and who you wish would take a bullet five minutes into the film. 7. Nitara-Call me crazy but to me, she resembles a more fit Racheal Ray, with bat wings of course. Does anyone else see this? 8. Cyrax/Sektor/Classic cyborg Smoke-These characters remind me of the alien, masked, from the Predator films. 9. Blaze-While this isn't a comparison to a movie character, Blaze, at least to me, looks almost exactly like a steroid using Cinder from the game Killer Instinct. 10. Taven-Again, not a movie character comparison, but with his generic sword and sorcery inspired hero look, he could be any background character from the old Masters Of The Universe cartoon series. Such as "Oh hey this is He-Man's friend, the heroic warrior So-and-so-Guy." -----signature----- http://www.myspace.com/spectresummers Yes, people other then gaming nerds enjoy Mortal Kombat.
