Because from what i understand, one goup wants to make Tremor, one group wants to make Khamelion, and another wants to make Steve Irwin.

In an interview with Midway's Shaun Himmerick at the Games Converntion in Leipzig it was confirmed that Khameleon will not appear in MKA.
