Ever. She was always wearing gray. Chameleon, on the other hand, constantly swapped pallettes. Therefore, between the two of them, Chameleon is the only one that can logically be called the "ultra pallette swap ninja." Pallette-swap refers to a character that uses the same sprite or model only switching a color for another one, like switching the main color on Kitana(or any of the other female ninjas)to gray. I guess they called Khameleon the "ultra pallette-swap ninja" because she uses all the abilities of the various female ninjas.

Reasoning? option #1) We have yet to see an alternate outfit for Chameleon and I can't even imagine what they would do option #2) secret unlockable character? there has been at least one in practically all the MK games plus they are all acting super sketchy about the whole affair...why? Why are they telling us to basically keep quiet about her and modifying our texts? It was only denied by cinder... Im sure the midway team hasnt even reached any kind of decision about that yet assuming she isnt even in the Xbox/Ps2. The Wii version is still at least half a year away, anything could happen, and there is still plenty of time to make the decision to include her. I still hope she is in the Ps2/ Xbox version, but to me I feel like if she isnt included then there is no way she can be left out of Wii, Im like 90% certain they will make something exclusive to the Wii version.

It would be a HUGE blunder to do that i would be very pissed if they put her in the Wii. Unless they take out Chameleon. But i would perfer to have all 3 games have the same rosters. Its only fair. If they want to give the Wii fans something for having to wait, release it for 30 bucks instead of 50.

They may piss off a lot of fans, but by that point whats the fans going to do, some may swear to never buy their games again, but after some time wears off the true MK fans are going to stick with the series and just forget that some consoles have exclusives.

subzero961 posted:Its never stopped them before. MKT on the PS had Goro, Kintaro and Chameleon, the N64 had tons more arenas and Khameleon. UMK3 for the Genesis and SNES had Rain and Noob Saibot. MK4 for the PS had new cinematic endings, MKD for the Gamecube had Goro and Shao Kahn, and there is probably quite a bit others Im forgetting, but as you can see MK has never been a stranger to console exclusive content.
