	It absolutely benefits you online. Everything you earn in campaign is attributed to your final team. The sponorships effect the entire team. As you keep playing you'll know by the end of campaign what your team will end up earning. This is helpful because you can plan your training around it. For instance... Let's say you've been training someone and he's a 98 in speed and you know you want him at 100. If you know that in Division 1 when you earn over 2000 yards you get the sponorship, you'll get to the 100 with the extra speed the sponorship gives you.
