EVERY team I have made since I learned how to play correctly has an ending rep of 50.

YOUR REP MUST END AT 50 or you did not play correctly.

Some people on this board only brag, saying blah blah blah, but I tell the tale. Some seem to feel superior for some reason, but until they are RANKED #1 on the overall board, they are in the pack with no room to brag or bigtalk.

I am humble, I am not #1, so there is nothing to say about my talent. Being able to beat someone means nothing, if you cant beat #1 ... anyway....

Here is the story on REP....

Start Div 3 Game 1 and kill em BIGTIME.
Throw long bombs...earn well over $400,000 and get your
rep to 4 after game 1.

After that you need to average 2++ rep per game played.
After 8 games, you should have 16 rep AT LEAST.

HOW?

1) Franchise is a ball hog, he does most of my recieving, and at some point start him running the ball too. I have perfected a method to make the other team waste its unleash. "THE OTHER HAS UNLEASHED, WHEN THEY KICK OFF TO US, WE SACRIFICE BRYANT OR MIMMS, WHO PERFECTLY JUMP OUT OF BOUNDS AS THE OTHER TEAM WASTES THEIR UNLEASH HITTING THEM ( STAY AWAY FROM TWO MAN TACKLES), NOW THEY ARE EMPTY" ... and it is safe to rush with franchise., rack up the yards. Learn to master that method.

BTW- non of this works online. Online play is just the opposite. Online I dont rely on franchise because hits to him count double clash icons...........BUT...

IN CAMPAIGN- rely on franchise, give him the ball.

You get pieces of rep for every 100, 200, 300 etc yards in both rushing and reciving. Try to get 400 yards receiving and 200 rushing.

You get extra rep for doing a single 50 yard play, and maybe a 75 yard play.

2) MAKE SURE Franchise injures every game, the more the better. You get BIG rep for 1)minor injury, 2)major injury, 3)season injury.

Do your best to injure the other teams captain, it pays 1/2 a point of rep. I use the guided missle offense aiming Franchise right at Bruno and Tolafo and Carson etc etc..it takes guts( unless they are out of clash ( see above method )) but the pay off is BIG. Use an unleashed juke move or unleashed stiff arm on them. Timing is everything, do NOT do this at the start of a game, wait until the right moment, e.g. you have unleash, they are out ...AND BAM!!!
3) Get sack(s) ,,,3 sacks ,,5 ,,7 each give you more rep

4) Interceptions and fumbles with franchise gain rep.

5) Cause a saftey with any player to add to rep.

6) Of course you need to be doing taunts and TD celebrations EVERY TIME, but the first in each game adds to your rep.

I ALWAYS get AT LEAST 2 rep points in every saved game.

There are 24 games, 2 rep per, that is 48 rep, plus the extras at the end for perfect season etc etc etc.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ENDING REP OF 50 YOU ARE NOT PLAYING CORRECTLY.

The main reason to get that rep up is;
THE HIGHER THE REP, THE MORE YOU CAN BET, THE MORE YOU EARN.

At 50 rep you are betting $115,000 , not that you need the money at that point.

One of the things Blitz Dave said early on was
"28-32 rep is good"
and that made me very disppointed in him, HE WAS WRONG.

Talk like that holds people back. If people think 35 rep is good, they wont push harder.....and you gotta push..YOU GOTTA EARN. IT IS BLITZ, it aint easy, campaign is a pain, BUT 50 REP IS BARE MINIMUM EXCEPTABLE. The players online want to hurt you and break you and if your team is not ready, you are in big trouble.

I am no push over, and facts be known, if ANYONE is NOT RANKED #1 on the overall board, and they still think they are SO GREAT at this game, and they wanna big talk and brag,,and feel cocky, they are dreaming. #1 is the only slot that matters, everyone else is in the pack where there is NO ROOM TO TALK OR FEEL BIG.

#1 or nothing.

really i know this is gunna sound dumb, but i dont rely on Franchy on D, i have to use him on Off cuz hes my QB, but i still get by in campaign just fine.

so I am trying to play some online, but it seems to be more a hassle than actual fun. I like to challenge to prove no host advantage, but you can not see the ranking so who knows, and you can not see the DNF %, SO WHO KNOWS....WTF?? ,,,

Then I say ok, I will offer a host and goofs show up with a 50% DNF and want to play, but I poliltely message them and say "sorry too high DNF%" and of course they always come back with some smart ass comment .... it is so lame ... and inevitably whne you check out their games profile compares, it is stupid that they are even playing this game online.....WTF!!!??

Many many profiles show that they have not even achieved the easist achievements ... it is stupid ...
HOW DO YOU NOT GET ??...

-power surge
-welcome rookie
-go long
-show off??? THESE ARE AUTOMATIC....

I mean some achievements are a lil harder, like man blanket or iron man ( but still not that hard to do ) but the others on the list are too easy to not have, and these so called players are crabbing at me becasue I wont play them and their 50% DNF ( with a 5-16 record ).......good grief. This is not to mention all the stupid things I read on people's Xbox profile bios ..... it is a joke, people are so full of themselves, if you are not ranked #1 why are you talking about it?

I dont brag, I am here to assist people, but the BS is getting old and it is wearing my generosity thin.

BUT MAINLY..... AND TO STAY ON TOPIC .... the number of people who dont even have MAIN MAN ( which is franchise over 25 REP ) is staggering ....WHY ARE THEY EVEN PLAYING ONLINE?

IF THIS IS YOU ... OUT THERE ... CATCH A CLUE!!!!!!

THIS GAME IS NOT THAT HARD TO PLAY ... JUST DO IT .... all the info has been posted on this board ..... and stop crabbing at me, becasue you have a bad connection .... The risk of DC losses is huge .... and the benefits of winning against a 980, or less, ranked player are not worth it.

If you have a DNF of greater than 15% your connection broken, fix it before you infect people with an undeserved DNF LOSS (this is old news, yet people are still doing it) it is like an STD, they dont care who they infect.

Unless he is injured i use Franchise on EVERY play offense and defense during campaign. It's absolutely silly, in my opinion, not to. He should be by far your best player and dominate the CPU teams. Online is a whole other animal.

I track my rep time and it goes like this.

after the first game I want to be 3-4
after game 8 div3 I want at 18-20
after game 8 div2 I want at 33-35
after game 7 div1 I want to hit 50.

Some do it faster, but as long as you hit 50, it is fine.

Hit the floor running with 4 in the first game,
then get 2 rep per game ( see the rep FAQ at the top,
I detailed EXACTLY what you do to get it) then you add
in extra rep bonus for various things,,,,,you will be at rep 50 by the end.
Break records, have undefeated seasons, etc etc for bonus rep.

Once again I am not sure what good it does to have 50,
but if the game says do it....THEN DO IT

getting a lot of rushing and reciving with Franchise EVERY GAME,
Breaking record in the 8 game segments.......going undefeated.....

getting a many of sacks,,,a safety or two,
a lot of tackles........
