Would u like a Captain who was primarily a KR and PR on your team and was unstoppable if used correctly(and if they made the juke move more powerful because its not as strong as the Stiff Arm like in BTL #1)like "White Shoes" Johnson Deion Sanders Desmond Howard or even Devin "AnyTime"Hester

I was thinking this would be a great idea because i get at least 1 Returned TD per game if not more and it makes my opponents to onside kicks or kick it short which really helps ur offense because they are already at mid field if not closer

so like Cookie the return specialist captain would be a WR

Yes, that is correct. If you train your Wideouts correctly, then they can be a dominate kick returners without being the team captain. I wouldn't have my team captain as a return man. The more he has the ball in his hands, the more dirty hits he will take. That really comes in effect online. You get 2 dirty hit icons for dirty hitting a team captain. You don't want the cpu or your opponent online getting more unleashes. Special teams is important but your other non-captains have to contribute to the team.

amen i try not to use to use my franchise very much if i can against people for that reason i have my other players contribute to the win more than my franchise really. but your receivers should be better return men then a captain returner would be

I only use my QB(Michael Vick) if you can stop my RB which hardly happens i have not had to or got to use him in 4 months
