Okay, Field Goals and Extra Points are kinda the same thing...what you do is go to the "Balanced" Defensive package, scroll until you see a play where two linemen slant out, the safety plays a large zone, and everyone else is man coverage, it is a play that you press square for, but unfortunately i can't remember the name, i'll be sure to check it later. Anyway. Line up on the side the holder's BACK is facing! example. Right footed kicker, holder's back is to the right, line up on the right side. A dirty hit helps much on this. The second the ball is snapped, turbo past the line, slant at the holder and dirty hit him, or take a dive. If done correctly you should hit him before the kicker can touch the ball. Works well to prevent that extra point. this helped me get into overtime of a championship game against the Milwaukee Hounds. To block punts, choose that same Field Goal blocking play. take one of your cornerbacks and line up with the linemen, but not in FRONT of the offensive line. Again, turbo to the kicker and dirty hit if possible. If done correctly, the ball with either drop, be spotted where the punter is tackled, or incredibly cut down the distance of the punt. this allowed my Defensive end to score a touchdown.

I've used a few different plays and have a great rate of success at blocking them. Really you just need someone fast to charge in.

well against a field goal, you DO need to be on his back side. I've used my fastest player to try to get one of the QB's in the front side, and he still got the kick off.

you can charge at the QB's front side and tackle the QB if you have some one that has 100 speed.

I do that all the time i usually get a sack every PAT its cool cuz its an easy way to hurt their QB and get a free hit on Julius Williams

its easy i just make my franchise guy fast as i can just hold the turbo down wait for the ball to be snapped and dive(dirty hit) into the qb

Man, I haven't blocked a kick in a while, and never blocked a punt. This actually has helped a little. Thanks, y'all.
