is this gonna happen?Id like to have no rooks and vets but keep cb Vinson I won the Div. 1 defense title with 10 turnovers and 58 sacks with him

It'll be interesting. Since you had a choice of 3 players last time, it will be difficult for the game to determine which one shows up in the sequel.
I'm guessing we have to build our team up from D3 again, so according to the storyline, the team probably fell on hard times again. Maybe the storyline goes that we traded the rookie or lost him to free agency, the veteran decided to retire, and Battaglia is spending the season in jail, and we have to rebuild the team once again with a new vet and new rookie.
As for the same teams, I hope they're the same, except possibly learning that one of them moved in the time between the games.
