For the moderators...Is there anyone we can contact about the Xbox live blackout for Blitz?

Okay, I will apologize first if this seems to be a stupid question...but please look to and understand all the players frustrations as to why I ask this.
I have called Microsoft's tech support, and I must say that they don't seem very smart or even all that technical when you speak to them.
Regardless, is there anyone that we can communicate our frustrations to about Blitz:The League being seemingly blacked out ???
I tried to connect this past weekend with two different people and we could never connect to play.
This happens all the time.
If you read the forums for playing online, you will see a lot of people complaining about this.
And MIDWAY, if you read these forums, for the record...Microsoft's tech support blames you for the black out's and ask the customers to contact you about this issue.
I sincerely doubt this, but I have to ask now my second question, which is-is it true, is it you that we need to communicate these outages to?
MIDWAY, can you help us?

Dapredater - I sent a link to your note to all the admins. I personally do not have contacts with Midway, but some of the others do.
Also, I'd suggest you post a similar request on the Tech Issues board. That may also get a quicker response.
If I hear anything else. I will post it here.

Midway's Support Department has been notified; bug them if you get no joy ... they work for the publisher and can push for visibility from there as well.
http://support.midway.com - then "ask a question" to open a support ticket

Are you sure that there's a "blackout"? I didn't have any trouble connecting to a game with my friend. There wasn't nobody else online though. I guess everyone else is playing COD4 and Halo 3.

I was being unfair in using too strong of a word in "BLACKOUT."
It really is more like constant connection problems.
Most times when I try to connect, to play with someone, it takes quite a few tries to make a connection happen.
More often than not, however, I just quit and play another game.
And that's really a shame, considering how many people love playing Blitz:The League.

you know i read about this and i think to myself. yes i have had alot of problems from time to time. and i will try the connection for blitz again probably in about a week or so. Blitz is one of my fav. game for the 360. i just think the servicer is down know cuz we proved them wrong. finally all the years and we proved them wrong about the glitches. but i think it is the servicer way of thank us. lol
