I think the Reign have the best pass rush. They have Longstreet, who is a beast if you don't have your o line almost maxed in blocking. Their whole defensive line is great, their safties are pretty good, their linebackers are decent too. I think the reign have a great defense, and sometimes it's even hard to Qb evade on their d line.

New England does have a good defense. I do feel they're only good on the right side of defense (their left), only because Treonday is a beast. Overall, I find the Reign harder on defense because of that wicked pass rush. Longstreet always seems to get me a least once. 
I'm not sure, I don't really feel good about their offense. Sure, they're underrated, but they're not great. They're just ok, I mean, it's easy to stop them, and it's also easy to take them for granted, and they can sneak up on you on offense if you don't watch it.

new england can really be the best if u know how to use them. offense there is one key BALL CONTROL. it can work in any football system even blitz if u dont watch what is going on and just play kill the qb, cuz that is when they sneak up on u. i like reign alot also. and this is the agreement: mad D-line. still think new england is better just opinion

New England does have wicked defensive backs, I just hate their corners. Treonday is the biggest pain in the whole game on defense I think. Sure, Freeman'll get his number of picks, but it just seems every time you bomb it downfield, without clash stiffarm/shoulderplow Treonday, he will pick it off.
