Why does this keep happening to me? I can't play any games because every game I play I get "session no longer avaible", within the first five seconds. How do I fix this?

maybe u have a bad connection it does that from time 2 time with xbl anyway

It's XBL I think, because some days I get that and others I connect really easy.
The days that I get that, I usually wind up falling asleep waiting for games to connect (after having tried like 10x)- lol

who is ur internet provider? cuz xbl is like 50/50 here with playing with the created teams. if u play with regular teams then the connection is alot better.
