For $10.00 I bought this cable and software disc at Gamestop. I converts the output signal to high def and plugs into my LCD tv. It was the best ten bucks I ever spent. It's called PS2 HDTV Player by EXPLODER. Blitz and all my other games look amazing! If you have a Hi Def TV, this cable is a must have! My PS2 looks as good or better then Xbox 360. Movies are also converted to High Definition!

What resolution do you use when playing the game?
I also got that disc. It can go up to 1080i, but when it does that, the picture is shrunken on the TV. I'd rather watch and play the game at normal definition but covering the whole screen.

It allows you to choose between four settings. The 1080i setting was too small. I have it on like 570i. The picture takes up 95% of my screen, so on a 37" LCD you don't notice the 1/4" on the top and bottom. The difference in resolution is increadable.
