I dunno what Im doing wrong but have followed your training and in the Div 2 2nd game am still 4-3-4 Please could you tell me what I am doing wrong is it cos i have used training upgrades?

If you are not where the guide states by a certain game, I would have to consider that you allowed an unknown dirty hit to your team and saved the game.
Are you checking your stats every quarter, specifically the last 5-15 seconds of a quarter? Sometimes, someone else gets hurt that you don't see...an unaccounted stiff arm to one of your defensive team, or even a dirty hit to your offense when they are blocking for you. This will lower the stats on a team member you don't even use and it will count against your team stats for offense, defense, or overall.
Especially if you allow a dirty hit in the 4th quarter of the third game of a training cycle, you can not allow this.

Yeah, what you need to do is really don't let your RB touch the ball in the 4th quarter that much, he's the best bet to get dirty hit, just run "leap" in the speed, and throw out to x. Lob it, don't bullet it, and let the wr get under it and run it in without getting dirty hit.

You can only get Tito on your team on the Xbox360, and you get him the first game in division one, but you lose Wr1.

that's one guy that I have to try hard to use.
tito mass doesn't do too much for my team...he always seems slower than his defenders.
If i try to throw deep to him, he under-runs and the ball blows past him. If I under-throw to him, he can't fight his defender for the ball and lets it get intercepted.
There is one play i use for him specifically that he is really good on, but i forget the name.

is the play "leap"? I use that play with him or Ashwin all the time, I blow past the defenders and hardly underun the ball ever, and if they defender actually keeps up I just shoulder plow or juke the crap outta him and taunt my way across the field and into the promise land lol.
