well guys, i think it does exist. just playing my game against the bearcats, just caused a double injury. one was a torn acl and the other one was a broken tibia. this one is the first i've ever seen. this is my second turn in the game and i have seen many ending seasons but this one said "treat unknown????" is a mystery for me i don't know if any of you have seen it yet. let me know.

i did a season ending injury on julius williams... unfortunatly, it was in the 4th quarter of the last game of division 1. i am currently in another campaign, and in i think..? week 5 i played the aztecs, injured j.w. twice, and after the 2nd injury they treated him for 8 plays... with 2 plays left in the game.

I've done one that looked like it would hurt like hell in real life. I had a full unleashed move and I just unloaded on the the QB. I was Lawless and the QB was the one u had to tackle 4 times in a game, I think it was forbes but not sure. He hiked the ball and he stayed in the pccket and i got through did the unleashed move and it looked like a jumping neck breaker. when the x-ray came up to the neck i forgot what it said...but when it got out it said season ending.

i done a carrer ender 2 times to the same person. they were in 2 different carrers. they were both to Tony Forbes. One was a torn aCL and the other was a Torn MCL.

I've gotten a season ending injury in every game I've played, so far. Still in Division 3 though, so that may change.
Spine, hip, and achilles.
Mostly the last two.

I think i did get a career ender once. It was in quickplay, i was the nightnare against the team i had just made, hadnt even started campaign, and unleashed on the qb after they had juiced him.

-Spinal Fracture on Mike Mexico
-Shattered Hip on Outlaws 1st string Quarterback
-Ruptured Achilles on NY Nightmares Tight End
-Torn ACL on Crusaders Wide Reciever

I Shattered Clinton Thorpe's Hip, He Was Out For The Season Which Made It Sooooo Easy To Win The Championship Game Since The 2nd String Always Tried To Run It And He's Slow. 
I Also Injured Tony Forbes With A Torn MCL And He Was Out For The Season, I Think That Made My Day! 
I Broke Julius William's Spine And He Was Out For The Season.
And Finally, I Shattered Mike Mexico's Hip Which I Felt Really Bad Cuz He's My Favorite Player and He Had To Watch The Games From The Sideline For The Rest Of The Season In A Wheelchair.[[HAHAHAHA]]

Yes I've seen a career ender, I was the victim! My WR1 was hit in div 1 a few months ago. First he was weakened w/an unleash, then hit w/a dirty hit. I don't remember what the injury was but belive it was spine somthing. Here's the kicker....it said one season, then I started div 2 no WR1, div 1 no WR1. Injury screen still read 1 season & I couln't treat to speed up recovery. After I won div 1 championship he was back for quickplay and online play.

I did a season-ending injury on Kelvin Diggs. I was defending conservatively and let him cross the line of scrimmage. I kept dirty hitting him. He had a concussion, a sprained knee, and a neck strain. But in the fourth quarter, I had enough of him getting back in the game. So I sicked Battaglia on the persistent bastard. I fractured the idiot's spine. Diggs may not be as good as Forbes, but man he can be such an ass when your defense screws up. Am I right?
