There are no career-enders. The only reason you might think thats is because its labeled on the case. Well im mistaken, you cant cause a career ending one but.... I wont say anymore because i dont want to spoil the campain mode for anyone.

If you look in the history of The League, there are plenty of gruesome CAREER enders. Unfortunately I don't think you can hit anyone hard enough to end their career. But... if there were career-enders, my favorite would be... tearing off someone's leg and beating them into a vegatative state with their own severed limb (that's not too over-the-top, is it?).

Also, as far as career ending injuries are concerned, it seems that a lot of them happened before helmets were mandatory. That, in and of itself, would make it a lot more difficult to knock someone out with a career-ending injury.
If the game ever gets a franchise mode, I'm all but positive that they'd have a way to end someone's careers through injuries. I mean... there's only so many times a man can have his spinal cord contused. There's only so many times a man can be concussed before he's got to leave for his own benefit.
Of course, this being the Blitz universe and not normal football, it's always possible that a player could decide to stay on with a vastly lowered "Resist Injury" stat.

yeah ive laid out 3 shattered spines, 6 torn acl's, and 1 decapitation (jk but that would be frikeen sweet) but you cant play after you complete division one so it would be considered a career ender if you only play for one season and you put someone out for one season.

well guys, i think it does exist. just playing my game against the bearcats, just caused a double injury. one was a torn acl and the other one was a broken tibia. this one is the first i've ever seen. this is my second turn in the game and i have seen many ending seasons but this one said "treat unknown????" is a mystery for me i don't know if any of you have seen it yet. let me know.

Wait a minute, you're saying that you caused a shattered tibia and a torn ACL in the same hit?
I've definitely never seen or heard about anything like that before.

yes, trust me (both). i've the game since it came out and i had never seen that. well today that story changed. Both with DB Hatcher on #81 at kickoff. i was impressed when i saw it. if that is now a season ender i don't know what that may be.....

OMG.. I did something right with the defense this time.. I am in like game 4 of division 3. in the 3 games I had Torn MCL (out for 1 season), shattered hip (out for 1 season), Torn ACL (out for 4-6 games), Fractured wrist(out for 8 games), and a few others that were over 2 games. Most of these hits were sacks on the QB. Cool stuff.. anyway I was just excited about these so I thought I would post them ;-)
